The engine of the construction site: you run your employees and after-contractors, share them and organize the construction process You keep everything together: as a polisher/politan, you support the building management in contact with the builders as well as authorities and take part in discussions on the construction process and carry out the building journal You are also responsible for the need, ordering, monitoring, disposition and delivery of material They take everything into account: from quality monitoring to the implementation of the regulations on occupational health and safety They live our very high HSE requirements as a model and also pay attention to their compliance with the following entrepreneurs

You master your craftsmanship and have completed professional and technical training and/or further training:into the tested polisher:in, master:in or technician:in You like to introduce your experience with us, are versed on the PC/tablet and have a class B driving licence You know what it means to lead a construction site, how to hold the team together and handle all the works You feel comfortable on the construction site and in the team, are engaged in the case and independently in the execution
