Leadership & Governance: Leadership of the Team Leads Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Master Data Management as well as ensuring a uniform management of around 20 companies of different sizes and complexity. Cash & Working Capital Management: Responsibility for Group-wide payment management and continuous optimization of the implemented financial instruments. Finance Operations: Controlling and developing efficient finance processes along the value chain and supporting the final processes. Process Excellence: Definition and enforcement of uniform standards for end-to-end processes Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P). Transformation & Digitization: Active participation in ERP implementation and further strategic transformation and standardization initiatives. Automation & AI Readiness: Identification and implementation of automation and digitization potentials to create a future-oriented accounting organization. Change Management: Control of Process Changes and Development and Implementation of Suitable Enablement and Training Measures. Performance Management: Development and establishment of relevant KPIs for measuring efficiency, quality and transparency. Compliance & Controls: further development of governance, quality and control standards as well as ensuring a process documentation that is reliable for revision.

Qualification: Complete economic studies with a focus on finance, accounting or a comparable qualification. Finance Expertise: Multiannual professional experience in accounting, finance operations or a financially close consultancy function. Process Excellence Mindset: Experience in the optimization, harmonisation and standardization of finance processes. Systems & Data Affinity: Funded knowledge of ERP systems and a good understanding of data and system integrations. Transformation experience: Practice in ERP, shared service or comparable transformation projects. Ownership & Drive: Structured, independent and result-oriented operation with high implementation strength. Stakeholder Management: Impressed communication skills and joy in cooperation with different disciplines and leadership levels.
