First of all, you will accompany and coordinate the entire construction phase of the Adventure Coffee Shop – from cooperation with architects and craft businesses to coordination with J. J. Darboven in terms of branding, design and strategic orientation to ensuring compliance with budget requirements and regulatory requirements Together with another person, you conduct the day-to-day operating business in the adventure coffee shop in the management team and control all economic indicators such as e.g. Sales, costs, goods use and efficiency In doing so, you ensure quality, service and cleanliness at the highest level as well as compliance with appointments You are responsible for building, leadership, motivation and further development of a dedicated and service-oriented team You implement digital and innovative services and continuously develop them In addition, you are responsible for local marketing and event measures for positioning as an experience location and for planning and implementing events and shopping events

Complete training or studies in the field of gastronomy, hotel industry, business or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in leading position in gastronomy, ideally in the area of cafe, coffee retail or experience gastronomy Detectional experience in project management, preferably in the construction of new sites or branches Impressed business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking Enthusiasm for coffee, innovation and hospitality Organizational talent, hands-on mentality and pronounced communication strength Safe handling of digital tools (e.g. for cash systems, shift planning, goods management)
