Strategic planning and operational compilation of truck tours taking into account schedule and cost-benefit aspects Active acquisition of cargo space as well as economic freight transfer via popular digital transport platforms Complete handling of parcels and efficient management of return processes Technical clarification of delivery details in direct telephone exchange with end customers Processing and validation of freight documents and implementation of necessary corrective procedures Active participation in pioneering projects for the digitization and standardization of internal logistics processes Supporting the team in the continuous optimization of complex processes within the framework of company development

Successfully completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, industrial merchant or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in truck disposition or in a comparable position in industrial shipping Safe handling of ERP systems and sound knowledge in MS Office applications A solution-oriented, structured operation paired with a high load capacity in peak times Embossed customer orientation and the ability to act flexibly and positively even in change processes Team spirit and the willingness to help shape new digital paths in logistics
