Management of a highly motivated and interdisciplinary team Team leadership: You take responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team of application developers, requirements engineers and test engineers, promote their continuous development and ensure that the team members exploit their full potential System responsibility: As part of the transformation of all applications into the cloud world of tomorrow, you will design the strategic development, deployment and operation of all central authentication and authorization systems for all applications and users across the company Process optimization: Continuous identification and implementation of improvements, in particular with regard to the use in decentralized cloud native applications as well as with regard to automation, continuous delivery and throughput times Project Management: You control and coordinate the technical processes and are responsible for the timely delivery of projects taking into account the quality and customer requirements Consultancy and qualification: ensuring the safe and correct overarching use of the systems provided by consulting and empowering the respective teams and by creating standards and guidelines Collaboration and communication: You work closely with other development and IT departments such as product management and ensure smooth communication and coordination within the teams

Drivers & Stakeholders for the Key Topic Identity & Access Management Experience as leadership: You have already conducted a developer team in a disciplined manner and have experience in coordinating and motivating interdisciplinary teams Technical knowledge available: You have extensive experience in development, in agile development methods, DevOps and CI/CD processes Complexity: Funded technical knowledge in the development and operation of complex web applications with cloud native technologies of a company >1.000 employees Expertise: Experience in providing central authentication and/or authorization solutions (e.g. Keycloak, Omada, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML) are of advantage, but no need Communication: You can convey complex technical topics in a comprehensible way, are confident in communication with different stakeholders and have a strong integration capability Solution orientation: You have a distinct ability to solve problems, are hand-on and always think of the best solution for the teams and the company
