You are the first contact person for our customers, distributors and will contact them by phone with questions about our products and orders A structured and customer-oriented answer to customer requests on different marketplaces is guaranteed Recording and opening of return and complaint cases with the aim of a fast and customer-friendly solution Close cooperation and continuous exchange with our sales representatives and sales agents You recognize customer needs and sales potentials in daily customer contact Management of daily, weekly and monthly records on the status of customer requests master data Support for internal communication Contributions to programmes for continuous improvement and internal engagement

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in the sales service, customer service or in order processing Communication is your strength and passion. The customer and a high quality of service are at the heart of you Excellent service and sales orientation as well as a good sense of customer needs and sales opportunities High level of team capacity, reliability, commitment and initiative Team player with an open and authentic appearance and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (B2) Safe handling of MS Office programs complete your profile
