• A shift readiness for spring, late and night shifts
• EINE German knowledge at least B2 so everything goes smoothly You are physically stressable – no hard work, but you move a lot
• blut Mobility (car/guide) of advantage – the location is also easily accessible

We work in the layer system – this is how the process is structured and predictable:

• ☀️ Fire layer: 06:00 – 14:00
• 🌇 Labour: 14:00 – 22:00
• 🌙 Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
