The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The Unit VF II 1 takes over the project management for construction measures of the Federal Council in Berlin. These include both simple measures in stock and during ongoing operations as well as complex construction projects, such as the new construction of an cultivation with visitor center. Particular requirements arise from the use of listed buildings and the high construction and architectural quality requirements. This provides a versatile and demanding range of tasks. An adjustment is made in the pay group 13 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met. The current pay table and the pay calculator can be found at https://oeffentlicher-dienst.info/ Until the fulfilment of the personal requirements (including the long-term practical experience of the profession), only a grouping according to the pay group 11 TVöD is possible. After that, a height-growth is automatically grouped according to the pay group 13 TVöD Bund. The weekly working hours are 39 hours per week for employees. The employment relationship is limited until 30.06.2030. We would like to point out that the service is only temporarily transferred and that a personal allowance can be granted in accordance with § 14 TVöD in the presence of the personal conditions.
