Implementation and monitoring of activities under the legal provisions of the US (Re) export law (ITAR / EAR) Introduction and Persecution of Export Control Approval Procedures (Technical Assistant Agreements, Manufacturing Licenses, General Correspondence, Commodity Jurisdication), and Coordination of Coordination with US Authorities and US Manufacturers Consultation and monitoring of internal bodies in the legal affairs of the US (Re) export law Identification of goods with ITAR/EAR reference Implementation of training and consulting of projects and employees on the subject of US (re) export law Participation in monitoring and further development of processes and guidelines Cooperation and coordination with the US Authorisation Authorities This position can be occupied in lower feet, Kassel or Kiel.

Completed economic, legal or comparable university studies or comparable completed training Multiannual professional experience in the searched field Very good English skills in word and writing Outstanding knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations Very good knowledge of MS-Office Good knowledge of SAP Experience in the classification of US gardens Team and communication skills associated with enforcement High loadability and flexibility Self-employed and structured working methods and high implementation competence
