Support the Training Department as an IT-affiner Training Coordinator (m/w/d) in the operation of this special training area to master the challenges of the future.

Contact person (m/w/d) for trainees and dual students They coordinate our IT campus and are responsible for the continuous development and optimization of our IT training programs They observe market and IT trends and thus design agile projects that can independently answer and drive trainees and dual students. Promote the exchange and networking of our trainees and dual students in the company and support the cross-generation knowledge transfer Implementation of different training measures, including preparation for the individual examination areas (e.g. project and Bachelor work) They represent us at different events (e.g. training fairs) in order to run Azubi marketing and to expand the contact with educational institutions such as professional and academic institutions and other cooperation partners in a sustainable manner. Your area of responsibility also includes the implementation of the application and selection process, the creation of the contract and the support for the subsequent acquisition

Successfully completed training or completed studies with IT reference You already have experience in professional training at work and have completed the training examination at best fun dealing with young people with a simultaneous role model and high affinity for IT topics In addition, you are interested in trends in the future and may even bring start-up experience with you The work in projects, agile methods and the creation of concepts is not unknown to you and gives you pleasure
