Your tasks - You can look forward to this Staff organisation: You support staff representatives organizationally and administratively and take over telephone, post and appointment management. Personnel management: You are responsible for the preparation and control of the timely pay bill, as well as the administrative management of work contracts, certificates and certificates. Staff support: You advise and supervise employees in all human matters and accompany the entire process from recruitment to exit. Document management: You run the personal files and support the creation of personal-relevant evaluations. Timeline monitoring: You coordinate and monitor timeliness to ensure smooth and timely processing.

You have completed commercial training and have already gained initial experience in human resources. You have basic knowledge of personnel handling or payroll accounting. You are safe in dealing with Word and Excel and have at best experience in working with SAP and ATOSS.
