The position is limited by August 2028 as part of a parental leave office. (part time approx. 20 hours/week)

Operational control of goods flows: You are responsible for the holistic planning and monitoring of the movement of goods – from purchasing from the supplier to receipt of goods. If required, you will fit orders to ensure a smooth process Proactive disorder management: You will recognize disturbances in the flow of goods at an early stage and find quick solutions to ensure that the supply remains continuously and efficiently Demand-oriented goods supply: You will check the pre-sales numbers and adjust orders accordingly to ensure optimal goods availability Coordination with suppliers and receipt of goods: You communicate with suppliers, clarify open questions and make sure the deliveries arrive on time and in the desired quality. Order processing: You take over the complete order processing in wholesale – from the triggering of the order to the receipt of goods – to ensure the best possible availability of goods Analysis of delivery performance: You regularly monitor delivery rates and work on their optimization to improve and maximize supply chain security and efficiency Proactive communication: You are addressing problems in delivery at an early stage with your savings partners in purchasing and industry to ensure the most trouble-free supply of goods

Complete training or studies in the field of business management, logistics or comparable Experience in controlling goods flows in wholesale or logistics Strong logistical understanding of the efficient control of goods movements Expressed analytical thinking and good numerical understanding High problem solving capability and self-initiative Communication strength and proactive operation Team-oriented thinking and solution focus Ideally first experiences with RELEX and SAP
