Workshop planner (m/f/d)

FREYLER specializes in industrial, commercial and residential construction. For more than 50 years, we have implemented individual and tailor-made construction solutions. Around 300 employees: we are responsible for over 100 construction projects each year at 10 locations in Germany. You contribute to the development of modern building concepts and are responsible for the creation of design and detail plans as well as the construction applications (written and graphic) for our industrial construction projects (LPH 5-7). You perform an interface function and work in close coordination with external architectural and engineering offices as well as with our builders and coordinate the plans between the specialist planners (e.g. TGA) and the plant planners The creation of the performance registers for our subcontractors including mass determination is in your area of responsibility

Your experience in the field, construction engineering, construction drawing or architecture form the foundation of your expertise We used the safe handling of CAD, ideally with Nemetschek ALLPLAN Creativity and fun in interdisciplinary project management and coordination, combined with the view over the edge of the plate to specialist disciplines such as fire protection, TGA, basic construction etc. A sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and independent work are essential characteristics of you
