Commercial Employee - SHK / Customer Service (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact for our customer service orders – from acceptance and coordination to final accounting with our industry software. As the first contact person on the phone, you accept customer requests, coordinate appointments for our technician team and ensure a smooth service run. You take over general administrative tasks and with MS Office (in particular Outlook and Excel) make sure that everything is running around in everyday office. You work hand in hand with our SHK mounts and the management to ensure complete communication between workshop, office and customer.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring first knowledge from the SHK industry or the customer service organization. A self-employed, solution-oriented way of working and a high level of quality. You always communicate on the phone and personally friendly as well as professionally with customers:inside. When dealing with MS Office you are safe and the incorporation into new programs is easy for you – experience with Labelwin industry software is a plus. Your German knowledge is at a flowing level (C1) in word and writing.
