Complete study of supply or building technology/building climate or training as technician:in or to master:in Professional experience in a comparable position is of advantage, as well as cross-entrepreneurs:inside with experience in the construction and project management TGA or in the TGA planning EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office as well as in a tender-forward accounting program (ideally RiB iTWO) Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and in building and contract law (VDI, DIN, BGB/VOB, HOAI) Good knowledge of German in word and writing A high level of technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
