You can find out more about us here: About us - Stromnetz Berlin The field of operating resources management is part of the asset management of Stromnetz Berlin GmbH and develops basics and pre-qualifies suppliers and service providers for the production of technical equipment . Until equipment can be installed on the network, materials must be transported by our suppliers, stored, partially parameterized and data collected. As a Lean Experte, you’ll be able to ensure that resources are in the right place at the right time by supporting the network development team, thinking and optimising the planning of material and data flows from the start. The focus is on how building and procurement strategies are effectively transferred to end-to-end processes.

Close cooperation with technical experts to evaluate building and procurement strategies and their interactions with technical systems, processes, roles and responsibilities further development of cross-departmental end-to-end processes with a focus on material flow, starting from operating resources management to realization; Coordination with relevant interfaces Optimisation of the flow of material and data related to procurement, storage and in-use of equipment Proactive analysis and design of processes together with process owners taking into account lean principles, standardization and continuous improvement Analysis, presentation and optimization of value flows. Participation in digitalization initiatives, especially in the SAP environment Moderation of votes, workshops and decision-making formats as well as the creation of transparency and bringing together different interests into viable solutions Accompanying the implementation of new processes and ensuring their sustainable anchoring and application in the organization Further development of control instruments, key figures and process documentation to ensure effectiveness, liability and transparency Supporting executives and teams to promote a common understanding of new process logics

a completed study in the field (economic) engineering, logistics or comparable. Multiannual experience in production with focus on value flow and lean management or in the Lean-Construction area. the willingness to transfer the previous professional experience to the environment of a network operator and to adapt methods independently to the environment of the SNB. well-founded knowledge in lean methods, continuous improvement and standardization of processes, experience in the moderation of workshops (including structured problem solving). Knowledge about goods-economy systems, e.g. SAP EWM. Analytical thinking, self-employment, high implementation orientation as well as pronounced efficiency thinking. Communication strength and enforcement in the operational environment Plus no need: experience in transformation projects and coaching teams Knowledge or practical experience with agile project management Knowledge of working with MS Office 365 including Sharepoint pages and libraries
