Your mission: First point of contact: Whether on the phone or personally – you welcome our patients friendly and competent and are the friendly face at the reception. Coordinator asked:You keep the treatment calendar in mind, forget dates ahead and ensure a smooth run at the reception. Structure & Overview:In administrative tasks, you actively contribute – from patient intake to document management everything is going around.

Training or experience: You have completed a training to/from the ZFA (m/w/d), are close to it or are you already experiencing the reception area? Then you're right with us! Technique? You're going! Experience with Charly, Rose, Microsoft & Outlook is super – but no need. We'll show you everything you need. Service with heart: You love contact with people, communicate clearly and kindly and create a good feeling for patients like colleagues. Organizational institution: You work structured, keep an overview even in stressful moments and ensure a smooth process. For more: You enjoy learning new things and developing yourself professionally – especially in the field of administration.
