Together with your team, you are particularly responsible for the following tasks: application support of ORBIS as well as user advice and customizing in the Clinical Workplace System and in other clinical systems Responsibility for application-related security, in particular the design, development and documentation of role and authorization concepts Figure of organisational structures and performance in the supervised systems Advice and response function for compliance topics, in particular privacy and security Test and operation of accounting-relevant interfaces between clinical systems and accounting systems Ensuring data consistency between the participating systems in close cooperation with patient recording, patient accounting and the IT department for administrative data processing Project management and project cooperation in cross-departmental projects to introduce new IT applications and modules of existing systems Participation in the team-wide KIS hotline for the acceptance, analysis and elimination of fault situations and for the telephone support of the users of clinical IT procedures Participation in the department's call and standby service Organisation and support of updates of the supervised application systems and take over technical tasks in the context of these updates
