• Good knowledge of Citrix, virtualization, storage systems and backup technologies
• Ideally certified Citrix Certified Administrator and other CCP V and CCA N certificates
• Very good practical experience in the Windows environment
• Secure action in the Linux environment
• Very good English skills
• Service-oriented and independent operation. Your responsibilities: Focus on Production-IT:
• Conception, implementation and operation of new processes and applications within the hosting platform
• Administration, installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of server and network infrastructure
• Developing a sustainable and future-oriented IT strategy & Infrastructure
• Second level support for analysis and troubleshooting
• Operation and development of Citrix environments
• Supporting the central SQL cluster
• First and Second Level Help Desk

Focus on IT Assets:

• Administration and management of license and maintenance contracts for various used software products
• Regular usage query for specialist areas for identifying savings potentials and ensuring the economic use of licenses
• Disclosure of license and contract documents
