The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany. We take insurance cover for around 5 million insured persons in more than 250,000 companies in both industries. Our aim is to help people who are endangered by working conditions or affected by accidents or occupational diseases. The IT organizations of the BGHM and the VBG work in a joint operation (NOVA). The NOVA has the right to use current technologies in a safe and timely manner and to continuously develop and adapt IT solutions. The focus is on the development of our own application systems as well as the adaptation and integration of various standard software products. The ERP department supports and advises the departments in the digitization and optimization of internal administrative processes. As an ERP system, we use SAP for the areas of human resources management and accounting. The SAP system is either configured or further developed by programming. We are looking for you at the locations Mainz, Hanover or Hamburg to strengthen our property billing service of the Human Resources Department within the ERP department of NOVA.

Design and develop programs as SAP developers. Inquiries from our specialist departments in the field of SAP ERP will help you with support and advice. Customize SAP modules in the field of human resources, SAP HCM is your plug-in horse. Furthermore, you design independent and creative digital business processes. Troubleshooting necessary? Insufficient completed university studies (Bachelor, FH Diploma) or equivalent skills and experience on the basis of an IT or activity related vocational training.
