Product Owner CRM (m/f/d)

Further development of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics) in close coordination with the event teams and the sales department management Recording, qualification and prioritization of requirements from the event teams Multiplier and active supporter for the event teams when using the CRM Contact person for questions about the use of the system in customer care and in trade fair sales Interface between event teams and IT to coordinate technical and technical requirements Further development and optimization of processes between event teams, IT and service providers Creation of economic considerations for further developments and projects Creation of test cases and control of user acceptance tests (UAT) Participation in transnational projects Coordination of data protection issues and coordination with co-determination bodies

Technically: You have a degree in economics, computer science or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on sales, marketing, service or data analysis, or comparable knowledge acquired through relevant professional practices Experience in the technical support or further development of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering is advantageous Personal: Change competence You're curious and you're actively carrying out your desire to change.
