Our ideas for tomorrow's mobility are being developed in the Innovation & Development department. As part of the team, we focus on your expertise and your sense of innovation in the development and technical design of our e-bikes & e-bikes. In addition to working in CAD, you will be given the opportunity from the first day to conceptualise yourself with your ideas. You work hand in hand with colleagues from different disciplines (including product design, product and project management). At our headquarters in Mühltal/Nieder-Ramstadt near Darmstadt, you benefit from the proximity to our department-internal development workshop and production.

Technical realization of new products (e-bikes/e-cag-bikes) and their support to series maturity as well as technical development of existing models Construction and design of frames and other bicycle components in SolidWorks Design drawing Close cooperation and coordination with our product designers Development of solutions for the integration of components Implementation of compatibility tests for various parts of attachments and accessories Accompanying the self-developed components from the concept phase to production Communication with international suppliers to coordinate models, drawings and technical data

Multiannual professional experience in product development/construction Good CAD skills (ideally SolidWorks) combined with a high design affinity and a pronounced product understanding Structured operation, implementation strength and fun to optimize existing processes Hands-on-Mentality, experience in mounting bicycles desirable High social competence as well as joy in cooperation in a dynamic team Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
