We are an established company in the industrial sector and are looking for an experienced management personality with technical know-how and implementation strength for the South region at the closest possible time. In this key position, you take over the management of our industrial assembly with a clear focus on machine and factory relocations and the successful implementation of demanding projects in Germany and abroad. Your duties Total responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of industrial assembly with a focus on machine relocations and complete plant relocations (national and international) Line and coordination of complex machine relocations, in particular of machine tools and production and production systems Responsibility for the entire process: from disassembly to transport and logistics to professional reassembly and commissioning Technical and commercial project calculation, offering and evaluation of project requests Technical and operational management of project teams as well as control of external partners and service providers on site Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards and work security guidelines also in complex project structures Close cooperation with sales and customers – from technical clarification to successful project acceptance Active support and advice of our customers during ongoing assembly and displacement projects Development and standardization of processes in the field of industrial assembly and machine displacement Identification of optimization potentials and initiation and implementation of improvement measures Acquisition of cross-site project responsibility within the South Region

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering) or a sound technical training with further education (e.g. technicians or masters) Multiannual professional experience in industrial assembly, in machine and plant engineering or in machine displacement Detectable experience in managing and implementing complex projects, ideally in the environment of machine relocations or factory relocations Embossed technical understanding – especially in the handling of machine tools and production plants leadership skills, decision-making strength and ability to control teams in a targeted manner Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation combined with entrepreneurial thinking High communication strength and secure appearance to customers, partners and internal interfaces Loadability and sovereignty – even in challenging project situations readiness to project-related travel within Germany and occasionally in Europe
