You will develop comprehensive software and system architecture together with the development teams and create clear technical guidelines for the implementation of new functions and products. In addition, you evaluate existing systems and identify ways to improve technologies, structures and processes sustainably. New tools and technologies check their benefits and accompany their introduction. In close cooperation with software developers, product owners and other stakeholders, you ensure that technical requirements are taken into account early and appropriate solutions are defined. The quality and future viability of our software landscape always keep you in mind. Through architectural reviews, technical analyses and prototypes, make sure that new solutions meet the defined requirements. As a technical Sparring partner, our development teams support you with best practices, practical recommendations and your long-term experience in demanding architectural decisions.

The basis of your qualification is a completed study of computer science, software technology or comparable training with corresponding professional experience. Multiannual experience in the development and design of complex software systems will bring you with you. Ideally, you have already acquired architectural responsibility and successfully developed larger software platforms. A broad technical understanding of modern software development is what distinguishes you. Experiences in technologies such as C++, Node.js, Angular or comparable development environments are advantageous. With modern software architectures and distributed systems, you are familiar with how powerful applications can be structured and successfully operated in the long term. In addition to your technical expertise, you are convinced by analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex relationships in a comprehensible manner. Communication strength and a safe occurrence help you to bring together different stakeholders and to convey technical decisions comprehensible.
