Your task area • Friendly reception and care of our patients: on site and on the phone • Coordination and administration of appointments incl. Recall system • Patient recording, master data management and digital document management • Communication with health insurance companies and insurance companies (e.g. in case of questions on curative and cost plans) • Account preparation and support in administrative tasks • Organisation of reception area and ensuring smooth operations • Participation in a positive first impression and a structured everyday practice
