As an Expert Exhibits Management & Event Support (m/w/d), you are responsible for the design of the international trade fair appearances and exhibits. This includes: Responsible project management: Planning, controlling and implementing projects in the field of Exhibits Management and Event Support – focusing on time, cost and quality objectives Exhibition Management: Organization and Management of Exhibitions for International Trade Shows, Events and Showrooms Coordination & quality assurance: coordination with product marketing and external service providers, including procurement as well as repair and quality control of product exhibits Logistics & System Care: Control of the exhibit store, organisation of international shipping and maintenance of the “Trade Fair and Exhibits Manager” software Event support: participation in the planning and realization of international trade fairs and live events, including the control of external partners Reporting & Presentations: Creating project plans as well as presentations, checklists, reviews and success controls Budget planning: participation in budget planning and monitoring for the fair, event and exhibit area
Completed training or studies in marketing At least 2–3 years of professional experience in project management and event organization Experience in controlling external service providers and project work Organizational talent, flexibility and communication strength Secure handling of MS Office and affinity for digital tools Enthusiasm for technically demanding products, design and international trade fairs Negotiation skills, sovereign appearance and team skills Very good English skills
