Systems Engineer – Firmware and Driver Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of firmware and drivers – from integration to testing to rollout into the client environment You develop and maintain automation scripts based on PowerShell to make processes in client engineering more efficient You take the package, quality assurance and rollout of drivers and firmware using the PSADT Framework You analyze incidents and problems in the driver and firmware environment and work in 2nd and 3rd level support along the ITIL processes (incident and problem management) on sustainable solutions and sound root-cause analyses You develop existing concepts and standards in firmware and driver management and create your own ideas for optimization You coordinate tasks in client engineering, keep tickets in mind and ensure a structured processing You support customer reviews and Jour Fixes and introduce your technical expertise

You bring a completed training in the IT field (e.g. professional informatics for system integration) or comparable qualification with Experience in driver and firmware management, including integration, testing, rollout and quality assurance as well as task sequences and applications in MECM / SCCM environments Safe handling of PowerShell, good scripting skills and experience in the automation of client processes (e.g. deployment via PSADT) Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support and in incident and problem management according to ITIL Customer, process and solution-oriented approach Safe and friendly appearance in customer contact Good knowledge of German and English (at least level B2) in word and writing You have fun working on new topics and trading proactively You have a forward-looking and dedicated way of working, are flexible, creative and love to work in a nice dynamic team Communication, sometimes “out-of-the-box” thinking and a real exchange in the team are important to you
