As a project team member, you will work in an interdisciplinary building project team on versatile projects to renovate our existing portfolio with You actively contribute to the achievement of the climate-neutral state administration (KNLV) and take into account sustainability aspects in our construction projects. You examine the use of sustainable building materials and bring innovative ideas as well as suggestions for the energetic optimization of existing properties You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architecture and engineering offices as well as exporting firms In addition, you will work in the selection and contracting of freelance workers and exporting companies with You independently provide HOAI services and contribute to the scheduling of dates, budgets and costs You also support the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services

You have a completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology, Building Technology/TGA or a comparable technical engineering science or You can successfully complete theto the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in the field of utilities technology/TGA and a professional experience relevant to at least four years (technicianin)/ five years (master*in) in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates). Further requirements: Vocational training and additional qualifications and specializations You have knowledge of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) and corresponding real estate and business implementation Negotiating skills, safe occurrence and presentation skills complete your profile You can think cost-conscious, holistic and conceptual In addition, you have a high level of cooperation and communication skills as well as strong team skills. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51.400,00 – approx. € 82.600,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
