Project Manager Photovoltaics Actively shaping the energy transition (m/f/d)

As project manager project coordinator at MARCLEY, you take a key role in implementing the energy transition in the real estate sector. You are responsible for the successful realization of our photovoltaic projects on multi-family houses – from planning to coordination to completion . In close cooperation with our partner subcontractors, you ensure that each project is implemented on time, within the budget and in the best quality. With your experience in project management and your understanding of renewable energies, you actively contribute to making green and affordable electricity available for ALL. Not only are you in need of organizational, but also technically: From the design of the PV systems to the coordination with specialist planners, you know the decisive steps for a successful plant construction. Your tasks • Technical and commercial project management, from calculation to operation of PV systems and storage. • You take responsibility for the successful management of our photovoltaic projects from planning to handover. • You work closely with entrepreneurs, customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth process. • You monitor dates, budgets and quality standards and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards. • You are responsible for the support and implementation of our pilot projects and develop standards for future project execution. • You carry out coordination with network operators, measuring point operators and other relevant partners to ensure smooth operation. • You accompany the construction sites on site, check the design quality and ensure that all safety and electrical requirements are complied with. • You document construction progress and technical details so that transparent project processing is guaranteed.

Your profile • You have experience in managing photovoltaic projects and bring a sound technical understanding of renewable energies or building technology. • Ideally, you are familiar with the technical planning, dimensioning and construction of PV systems (DC and AC-side). • You recognize challenges early on, find pragmatic solutions and work structured, solution-oriented and reliable. • You are convinced by your communication strength and can clearly and understand technical connections – both to customers and partners. • You bring your own initiative and a hands-on mentality, keep an overview under time pressure and actively engage. • You can flexibly adjust to the dynamic requirements of a start-up. • A completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, renewable energies, civil engineering or comparable qualifications are advantageous. • driving licence B and readiness to travel.
