You take over the coordination of the TGA in planning projects of our facility management and participate in defining project objectives, framework dates and procurement. You control and check the TGA's planning results in terms of completeness, quality, plausibility and costs and, if necessary, you need targeted optimizations to achieve the project objectives reliably. In addition, you support the procurement and contract processes, provide up-to-date technical specifications for tenders and accompany the project management professionally during contract calls. During the construction phase, you work on the creation of construction and logistics concepts, coordinate the interfaces between TGA and other structures and ensure a smooth operation on the construction site. In addition, you keep the project management regularly informed about progress, risks and optimization potentials and ensure transparent communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

You have a university degree in Electrical and Supply Technology (Diplom/Master) or a comparable qualification and ideally brings professional experience in TGA projects (heating, climate, ventilation, sanitation). To do this, you have a well-founded knowledge of construction technology, in regulations and standards such as HOAI, VOB, fire protection and UVV - and are experienced in construction and in operation. The management and implementation of TGA projects – technically, economically and on time – are part of your range of experiences as well as the participation in procurement and contract processes. The secure handling of Microsoft Office 365, RIB iTwo, SAP as well as project management and presentation tools is a matter of course for you; This is complemented by analytical and conceptual thinking, organizational ability and good self-management.
