At the next time we are looking for a volunteer in Jena. You work 24 months in our team Corporate Brand and Communications in the field of Media Relations on various projects within the internal and external corporate communications of ZEISS in Jena. You gain a wide range of practical experience in press and public relations and acquire knowledge and skills in media work. We also support your development with extensive seminar and training opportunities.

Your duties You independently write press information as well as internet, intranet and social media messages, taking into account news values and factors, and support the development of communication concepts and press mirrors.

You maintain and design websites through our content management system.

Design and organize press conferences and events together in the team.

Through the close cooperation with internal and external interfaces as well as the support of journalists, you maintain and expand your and our network.

Within the Volontariat we support your training with high-quality courses at external educational institutions, with internal training and continuous support through an experienced mentor.

A successfully completed study in the field of communication, media, journalism or other humanities
