We are looking for motivated Bauhelfer (m/w/d) for demolition work in Berne who want to create visible results with their hands. Whether you’ve already gained first experiences or are completely fresh in the construction world doesn’t matter – main thing, you’re enjoying working on the construction site and you’re catching up.

• You support the team in the sanitary area, from the dismantling of old installations to removing building waste.
• You make the construction sites fit for new projects by sorting materials and preparing them for removal.
• You help in transporting and providing tools and machines. Cleanliness and order also belong to your tasks – a proper construction site is a productive construction site!
• You work closely with your team and secure a good day organization.

We are looking for

Above all, your motivation and your willingness to learn new things is important here. You don't need special training to get started with us. But a few things would be ideal:

• Hands that like to pack, and a head that finds solutions.
• First points of contact with crafts or construction work are a plus, but no need.
• A certain fitness – tearing work is sometimes sweating.
• Reliability and team skills, you're part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of German so that communication on the construction site works smoothly.
