Your tasks:

• customer support and advice in all matters and Questions

Your profile:

• Complete training in commercial areas
• First professional experience in customer service or in a comparable Position of advantage
• Embossed communication skills and joy in dealing with People
• Service orientation and empathy on behalf of customers our customer
• Teamability, reliability and initiative
• Class B licence desired
• Safe handling of MS-Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
