Head of SAP Consulting (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the SAP advisory team, consisting of 7 employees. Responsibility for the maintenance, development and strategic orientation of the SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Lobster Data) including application consulting, customizing, development (ABAP, FIORI, SAP BTP) as well as technology, release and make-or-buy decisions. Ensuring a stable and economical SAP operation in close cooperation with the IT infrastructure and controlling the service and escalation management including compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs). Responsibility for the assessment, prioritization and management of projects, change requests as well as incident and problem management taking into account resources, economics and strategic corporate objectives. Head of comprehensive SAP and digitization projects and responsibility for the SAP project portfolio. Responsibility for budget, contract and license management as well as the management of external service providers and consulting partners. Control of the SAP process landscape in the modules FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, PP, PM, IS-RE, BW and EDIFACT (Lobster Data) including the SAP administration. Coordination of cooperation with sister departments and IT interfaces, in particular on IT infrastructure (SAP base administration), POS systems, property management systems, web shops and time management.

Successfully completed (specialized) university studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject. Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a comparable position with professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility. Detectable experience in the further development and transformation of IT service organisations and in the design of sustainable change processes. Found experience in managing complex IT and SAP projects and in managing interdisciplinary project teams. Very good knowledge of common IT service management processes, ideally according to ITIL. Founded practical knowledge in SAP-Customizing as well as a good understanding of SAP development and adjacent technologies. Multiannual experience in the maintenance and development of complex SAP system landscapes. Designed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution- and economic way of working. High communication, decision-making and leadership skills as well as a sovereign occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders. Experiences in medium-sized enterprise structures and in matrix organisations are advantageous.
