On the exclusive mission we are looking for a private secretary finance (m/w/d) for the office in the Rhine-Main area.

In this very loyal, responsible and trusting position, you take care and advice of the privately stored and financial topics of the entrepreneurial family on the planning and practical side. Regular and continuous preparation of financial reports and analyses of key figures to monitor the performance of the asset. This also includes possible recommendations for action. Support for tax planning and optimisation of individual companies Analysis and evaluation of investment ideas, creation of investment proposals, or their optimizations Development and implementation of asset allocation strategies Creation of decision-making templates, including in interaction with the management level of existing corporations Monitoring and optimisation of cooperation with banks and institutions Identification and assessment of risks, development of risk management strategies Close and continuous cooperation with the management level of the family group's subsidiaries Close exchange with the family, internal teams and other external service providers Control activities related to payment navigation and processing of open items in direct exchange with colleagues in the accounting of group companies Liquidity management for the family and in exchange with the management level of the group’s captal companies Knowledge of payment transactions at national and international level

Completed commercial training with a further education on the balance sheet holder:in, or a study with a focus on accounting/finance Professional experience in accounting, controlling, or as a private secretary finance (m/w/d) in a similar function Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) and knowledge DATEV of advantage Excellent German knowledge in word and writing, very good English knowledge Economic, timely, discreetly trusting and targeted action Communication and Argumentation Strength, Enforcement and Team Skill Self-responsibility and self-responsibility High trustworthiness, pronounced reliability, flexibility and high natural discretion Good general knowledge and basic readiness to travel
