As a (Senior) eCommerce Business Development Manager (m/w/d), you are developing and identifying the national and international eCommerce business strategically as well as realizing new digital business models, markets and growth potentials. The following exciting tasks await you:

Strategy and business development: You operationalize the eCommerce strategy and identify and evaluate new business models, sales channels, partnerships and digital services Business Cases: You first set up resilient business cases, decision templates and implementation roadmaps, thereby preparing sound management decisions Internationalization: You plan and tax country, market and platform rollouts, prioritise the necessary measures and plan the necessary resources Scaling: You transfer successful concepts to other markets and develop scalable standards together with internal and external stakeholders along the entire value chain Project Management: You conduct strategic ecommerce and business projects with clear goals, milestones and KPIs and transparently represent progress, budget, risks and decision-making needs Ad-hoc Business Support: You are working on short-term strategic issues and special analyses, market, competition and technology trends and support the teams of Digital Retail and Marketplace Management as needed

You have completed economic studies, ideally focusing on eCommerce, Strategy or Business Administration You bring multi-year professional experience in eCommerce, consulting or digital project management You have detectable experience in creating business cases, rollouts and cross-functional transformation projects Very good knowledge of project and stakeholder management as well as a safe handling of KPI systems, market analysis, Excel and PowerPoint You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation Your analytical and conceptual strength, your structured and solution-oriented way of working and your sovereign approach to management, departments and external partners complete your profile
