You accompany our junior staff on their way and help them grow both professionally and personally, so that they can start right at us later Individual training and development plans will be developed, coordinated and evaluated by you and you will be able to gain practical phase supervisors for which you are a partner. You can introduce and design your own ideas in the further development of training concepts and in the digitization of our processes Be in the middle of it only: You participate in training marketing events and training-related events and, if necessary, develop professional training courses that you carry out in a targeted manner. In addition, round committee work and cooperation on overarching projects will complete your varied task Convincing profile You bring a completed study of business management with a focus on personal development, pedagogy, psychology or a similar background of study. Alternatively, you have acquired a comparable academic qualification through many years of relevant professional experience The work with young people gives you pleasure and you have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar field (e.g. training, personnel development) In addition, you can demonstrate a good understanding of commercial topics and practical experience in digitizing processes You are full of deeds, you like to learn – even if it becomes challenging – and you are self-responsible and flexible High loadability in peak times and a precise operation are just as good as an agile mindset. You are ready to be at the heart of the event at least two days a week in Biberach and are happy to participate in training-related events at various locations and outside the usual working hours. About the area At the Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and Biberach locations, we accompany dual students of various disciplines and commercial trainees through their training from recruitment to various seminars and excursions to takeover to the group after completion of training. We form as required, i.e. we regularly adapt training numbers and contents to the needs of the group. For the support of trainees at the Biberach site, we are looking for reinforcement for our team at the next possible time. It is a part-time job with a weekly working time of about 18 hours.
