You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an embedded development team with currently five employees. Together with your team, you will develop innovative embedded electronics systems – from the first idea to the circuit design to the standard maturity. You are technical Sparring partners for our customers, bring their know-how to embedded standards and standards and find the best solutions together with them. Requirements? Clear directly with customers and internal departments – always with regard to quality, dates and budget. You define hardware architectures, design and simulate circuits, select components and document progress transparently. Testing, qualifying, documenting – all part of your area of responsibility until your developments are ready for production and go in series. In addition, drive your team's further development, promote know-how building and actively shape processes.

A completed study in electrical engineering, communications technology or a related subject – or a comparable qualification with experience. Multiannual practice in electronics development, ideally in the embedded environment. First experience in managing employees or clear willingness to take over this responsibility. Knowledge of relevant standards and processes as well as experience with popular tools such as Xpedition, Altium or P-SPICE. Very good knowledge of German and English – both for meetings and for technical documentation. Structured, solution-oriented working and communication at eye level – as a manager as an engineer.
