Göttingen, Lower Saxony

Participation in ongoing system optimization and implementation of process improvements with the aim of increasing efficiency Ensuring smooth application operation and single point of contact in case of malfunction Leading function in implementation, optimization and expansion of the WMS Link between local and central IT organization Control of service providers at the site Creation of test plans and performance of acceptance tests with the operating teams and customers IT Responsibility for Transition and Post Implementation Support Control of communication with the central IT department as well as customers in change requests Creation and maintenance of system documentation Development of dashboards and reports

Complete vocational training or studies in the IT sector, in the commercial sector, in logistics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position, with good knowledge in handling warehouse management systems Very good knowledge in handling MS-Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of German and English Excellent communication skills and high team and customer-oriented working Analytical way of thinking, independentness and hand-on mentality
