Control of social media, content and campaigns for international recruiting Development and implementation of employer branding and recruiting content Building and maintenance of a content calendar Implementation of seasonal and position-specific recruiting campaigns Control of paid social measures incl. Tracking and optimization Participation in landing pages, funnels and recruiting sets Reporting, performance analysis and derivation of optimization measures close cooperation with Recruiting

At least 3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, employer branding or recruiting marketing Experience in campaign management, ideally Paid Social strong in communication, structure and implementation safe in handling performance data and reporting very good knowledge of German and English Polish, Romanian or Hungarian are a great advantage
