Employee Purchasing / Purchasing Accounting (m/f/d)

For the EDEKA ZENTRALE Stiftung & Co. KG at the Hamburg site, we are looking for an employee purchasing / purchasing billing (m/w/d) for the participation/controlling sector at the next possible time.

The Department of Administration/Processes/Organization (APO) supports the purchase of EDEKA headquarters in projects, inter-professional tasks and administrative activities. The team purchasing bill takes care of the management of the subsequent fees (cash backs).

Become part of our team and assume the following responsibilities:

Your duties

• Support and handling of a supplier portfolio

• Examination, installation, settlement and distribution of subsequent remuneration, including the processing of complaints

• Support for graduate tasks

• Determination of receivables and provisions

• Determination of the consumption/dissolution amounts of receivables and provisions

• Creation of reports, analyses and evaluations

• Development of reporting tools

• Experiences in handling AI applications and a pronounced self-motivation to use them specifically for optimizing processes are desirable

Your profile

• Commercial studies or a comparable training with professional experience in the abovementioned fields
• knowledge of industrial processes; Industry experience from trading advantage
• Embossed numerical understanding and analytical thinking
• Structured, precise and independent operation
• Teamability and good communication skills
• Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel);
• SAP knowledge of advantage
