Sales trainer cheese (m/f/d)

With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. It has existed since 1920, extends from the Dutch to the Polish border and includes Bremen, Lower Saxony, a part of East Westfalen-Lippe, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin and Brandenburg. Become part of our sales team and act as a sales trainer for the cheese sector.

As a link between the retail trade and the central offices of the EDEKA, you are responsible for the care of the independent EDEKA merchants in the cheese sector in the regions of Berlin and Brandenburg. Advising and incorporating action/placement proposals with the independent merchants in the markets and thus improving the business performance indicators is in your hands. You are also responsible for the further development of employees in the departments regarding the quality of sales advice and active sales. On site, you optimize the range, plan and perform remodeling and observe competitors in terms of range, price and trends.

You have a completed commercial or craft training, preferably in the food retail trade, with a focus on cheese and bring professional experience in the goods sector. Your handling of key figures as well as Microsoft Office is sure to think and act business and have an analytical understanding. Your communication and team strength makes it easy for you to establish contacts, to inspire people and to plug in with your customer orientation. You are characterized by high operational readiness, experience in employee management and enforcement and ideally work in one of our EDEKA markets in our region. You want to get to know the EDEKA world on the way and have a class B licence.
