As a team leader Logistics (m/w/x) at the Dorsten site, you not only shape the smooth running in the daily business, but create clarity, focus priorities and develop solutions for every challenge together with your team. Leadership with responsibility: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a large team (up to 150 employees), conduct employee talks and make sure everyone moves together. In the case of instructions, you will not only put the 'what'', but also the 'why' behind the tasks in the foreground and motivate your team on challenging days. Layer and personnel planning: You control your team and drive for efficient layer planning. Before the start of the shift you give an overview of the day before, discuss challenges and prioritise tasks. In case of problems, you will find pragmatic solutions to compensate for loss of productivity Interface to internal stakeholders: You are an HR contact, key account management and other internal areas and make sure that all relevant information flows Performance in mind: You monitor productivity, ensure compliance with SLAs. You always keep an overview of the entire daily business

Experience: Multiannual leadership experience in managing large teams (>70 employees) Leadership competence: communication strength, responsibility awareness, conflict resolution capability, social competence, motivation and sovereignty in difficult situations Training: completed logistical training with training to master or comparable qualification; as an alternative:in with many years of leadership experience Knowledge: Funded knowledge in logistics, warehouse and shipping processes, knowledge of relevant KPIs IT-Skills: Good Excel knowledge and experience with an ERP system
