Your tasks Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders. Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse, from receipt of goods to professional storage. Accompanying after-contractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be a reliable contact person. Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system. MONITORING Lead complaints for clarification and answer the furniture stock and inventory. Keep processes, quality and safety requirements consistent and ensure precision and reliability. Your profile ✔️ Completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a comparable technical background. ️ Experience with common ERP systems and safe handling of MS Office. technical understanding of drawings and processes in the warehouse; ideally, you have a fork certificate. Structured, reliable and self-responsive operation, even in turbulent situations. You are a team player with acquiring and clear communication (German fluent, English at least. B2).
