Core tasks Financial accounting Current accounting: debitor, creditor and property accounts Dunning and monitoring of open items Preparation and participation in monthly accounts Preparation of annual accounts and cooperation with the tax advisor Project-related accounting and allocation of costs / revenues to projects Voting accounts, bank and cash register Asset accounting, depreciation Document verification, digitization and order of documentation Creation of evaluations, reports and ad hoc analyses for management Control and compliance with tax requirements, sales tax pre-registration etc. Participation in the development of accounting processes and tools Optional core tasks (living/ salary, HR) Implementation of wage and salary accounting settlement of pay tax and social security contributions Creation of work contracts based on defined standards Contact person for employees for questions relevant to pay and billing Care and management of our HR tool Personio, in particular with focus on accounting and contract-relevant data Support for personal evaluations and reports

Closed commercial training with a focus on financial accounting or accounting, e.g. tax specialist, industrial businessman/wife with further training in accounting or audited account holder (IHK) Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in financial accounting, ideally in a small or medium-sized company Knowledge of debitor, creditor, investment and banking accounting Experience in the preparation of monthly accounts and the preparation of annual accounts for tax advisors or auditors Safe handling of the DATEV accounting software Knowledge of turnover tax law and the preparation of sales tax forecasts Experience in wage accounting desirable Knowledge of wage tax and social security law desirable Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Structured, independent and responsible operation Reliability, teamability and a pronounced understanding of numbers Very good German knowledge in word and writing, basic English knowledge desirable
