For over 100 years, the youth hostels have represented values that enrich life. As a non-profit association we operate 44 youth hostels in the most beautiful places in Baden-Württemberg. The hostel Stuttgart International has 309 beds in 94 rooms and the hostel Stuttgart Neckarpark has 155 beds in 43 rooms. We create encounters and unforgettable experiences for school classes, families and groups. Our team is committed to making the guests feel comfortable in the youth hostel every day. You organize the check-in and check-out of our guests and take care of the guests during your stay You are a contact person in contractual agreements with guests and groups You take over general reception tasks such as correspondence, billing, cash management, cash payment You enter reservations in our booking system and advise guests on questions of membership You help in the bistro when selling drinks and snacks

You have ideally gained professional experience and perhaps already experience in guest contact You are the perfect host, you can also be stressed in stress situations and have a structured, targeted and solution-oriented way of working. Teamability, a high level of quality awareness, readiness to use, flexibility, reliability and social competence You have computer knowledge or experience in handling MS Office You have reliable knowledge of German and ideal basic knowledge in English You are ready for a 5-day week also on weekends or holidays
