Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture or comparable Multiannual professional experience in project management/constitution, ideally focusing on housing/student housing Knowledge of HOAI/AHO Impressed team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability Passion for innovative construction projects and the design of future-oriented living space for students Very good knowledge of German in word and writing JOBV1_EN
