Development and optimization of highly effective prompts for AI models (Google DocAI with VertexAI) for automated document analysis, classification and data extraction Conception and implementation of tests for continuous improvement of model performance, accuracy, efficiency and costs in the document context Conception and orchestration of complex workflows in which DocAI processors/ AI agencies operate autonomously via APIs with internal systems (e.g. archive, CRM systems) Accompanying the entire life cycle from the development of prototypes to productive cloud applications (Google Cloud Platform) to intelligent document processing Translation of business visions into realisable features, user stories and iterative roadmaps as well as proactive identification of automation potentials and development of new value-creating applications along the Document Journey Analysis and preparation of large unstructured amounts of data up to the evaluation of the model results for finding data-driven decisions, implementation of cost-benefit analyses and further optimizations Ensuring a secure and responsible operation of our AI systems through active risk management (bias, data protection) and implementing our governance requirements Active control and synchronization of departments, IT, service providers and management as well as the preparation of complex issues for senior management as a clear, convincing recommendation for action Activity as a multiplier:in which the AI skills in the company are further developed by workshops and mentoring

holds a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification can demonstrate extensive experience in Prompt Engineering for precise control of AI models and a deep understanding of the architectures of LLMs, NLP and Machine Learning has proven experience with at least one leading document AI solutions (e.g. Google DocAI or similar platforms) and has basic technical knowledge in Python or comparable programming languages have profound experience in request management as well as the translation of visions in features, user stories and roadmaps possesses strong analytical capabilities for analysis, modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and redesigning end-to-end processes with AI applications take responsibility and show high determination when reaching your goals creates structure in complex environments and advances new ideas on AI-based process automation on this basis can demonstrate very good German and negotiating knowledge of English in word and writing
