To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a specialist customer support for the implementation of the energy transition at the next possible time for our Quickborn site.

You support our customer supporters in the care of our downstream network operators and our industrial customers. For topics such as new connection and connection changes, you can independently support from the first customer contact via the contract conclusion up to the first billing. If necessary, you will contact customers independently and ensure high-quality communication from the first request to the final answer. In the preparation of contracts or the appointment coordination of various projects, you can also keep an overview in challenging situations and work on the tasks that are up to date. In our IT systems you collect, care and process customer requests including all relevant commercial data and documents. You develop complex cases independently or support the search for the information you need. You carry out the examination and approval of invoices carefully and take the clarification with the customer if necessary. You are willing to introduce yourself to ongoing and new corporate and/or corporate projects and to cooperate in the successful implementation. In addition, you are open to other topics of network management and perform special tasks. As a partner for climate protection, you represent our company and have an attentive look at the needs of customers.

You have a professional or technical training with additional qualification (e.g. specialist, technician, master) or comparable skills and experience. You have knowledge of network-economic and energy-economic relationships in Germany and the regulations, standards and laws relevant to the activity. You are safe in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and know you in SAP. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course for you. The satisfaction of our customers is your motivation and is your first priority. You're a team player. Joint achievement and mutual support are essential elements of good cooperation for you. Transparent remuneration: You will receive an attractive tariff compensation, Christmas money, an annual special payment and asset-effective services (480 €/year). Time for you: With us you have a 37-hour week, 30 vacation days and additionally free on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. You have a time record and can convert your time balance into free time.
