Production Controller (m/f/d)

Production and Process Analysis (Production Keys, OEE, Committee, Material Consumption, Energy, Productivity) incl. Deviation analyses and management reports Monthly income statement of the plant (cost center, cost center and cover fee bill) and ensuring a clean period definition Budget and Forecast Process for the Plant: Planning of Fixed and Variable Costs, Personnel, Investment (Capex) and Measure Tracking Support of production management in identifying cost drivers, implementing countermeasures and tracking effects Accompanying monthly and annual work in cooperation with Finance (evaluations, stock changes, provisions, inventory processes) Further development of calculations and standards (e.g. production costs, supplement sets) and maintenance of relevant master data in the ERP system Participation in Lean/KVP initiatives: KPI systems, shopfloor control and standardization of reporting and controlling processes

Complete study in BWL/Controlling/Finance or comparable qualification and relevant practice in factory or production controlling Understanding industrial processes and production processes Very good knowledge of cost and performance controlling, cost accounting, costing and investment accounting Embossed Analytical and Structured Operation, Operational Strength on the Shopfloor and a 'Hands-on' mentality Experience in communication with different stakeholders and non-commercial contacts in the factory and understanding the requirements of a production environment independentness, reliability and sense of responsibility Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, etc.), very good Excel skills as well as fluent German and solid English skills
